System Prerequisites
Ensure your system is ready before spending tons of time on the phone. There's no need for choppy waters when working together. Here is some things that will help us fight the right fight.
Account Access
- Make sure you have your company email address,/username and password.

- Make sure you are on a company approved device.
System Dragging?
- Check your network speed and connection strength.
- Make sure your drivers are updated.
- Make sure windows is updated.
- If these are done, it saves you time, and it allows us to be sure they are not a direct cause, so we can focus on faster, more accurate solutions.
Think you got Hooked?
- Our security team is prepared with alerts and reel time monitoring.
- If you think you've been hacked, call immediately, if we haven't caught it before you.
- Time sensitivity in a breach is the most important. See something say something!
Network Speed
- VPNs and most modern infrastructure requires at least 100Mbps Download Speed. Make sure your speed is enough..
- Make sure you are connected to a network.
- Make sure you can reach the web and find websites. If you cannot get there, call us.
Device Checklist
- Something not turning on? It's happened to us all where something comes unplugged. Check your physical connections first.
- Keep your errors for us. It will help diagnose things quicker.
- Got a new computer? That is great! Check out our general setup guide when you receive your equipment. We are happy to assist, but provide a general guide below.
Security First
- Try to keep things separate between personal and work life. Hackers will chum all the water, get ahead of it by making things simple.
- Been isolated due to a bad item getting on your device? Fret not, we are proactive and have the reel time monitoring. Our security team wiill investigate and swat it before you are down too long. Of course report it!
- Remain calm. We are just as invested in keeping you safe as you are.
